Stream Usage & Content Protection Policy

What this policy covers
This policy applies to the entire YET group of channels and radio: every television channel and radio station operated by YET Television.
It also covers any channel or station we launch in the future, together with our programming, logos, branding and stream URLs.
Why this matters to us
YET Television is a small, independent startup network. We pay for our own streaming servers and bandwidth, and our capacity is limited.
When other sites embed or relink our streams without permission, their visitors pull video and audio straight from our servers. This overloads our infrastructure and causes buffering and outages for our own viewers and listeners. It also adds bandwidth costs that a network our size can't absorb.
What is not permitted
Unless YET Television has given you written permission, you may not:
- Embed our players or stream URLs (HLS/m3u8, RTMP, SRT, Icecast or any other format) on another website or app
- Add our channels or radio stations to IPTV playlists, M3U lists, set-top box apps, radio directories or aggregator sites
- Restream, record, rebroadcast or redistribute our programming
- Present our channels or stations as your own or use our logos and branding
Being able to reach our streams on the internet does not make them free for others to redistribute.
What is welcome
You're always welcome to link to yettelevision.com so viewers can watch on our official platform. If you'd like to carry our channels or radio as a partner, please contact us first. We're happy to talk about authorized arrangements.
Enforcement
We monitor for unauthorized use of our streams. When we find it, we may:
- Send takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws
- Report the use to hosting providers, domain registrars, CDNs and app stores
- Block or change stream access without notice
- Take further legal action where appropriate
